I give him my highest recommendation. 2 years ago Quang I personally brought in my JuiceBox Pro 40A to EvDoc. At home, the Box got a repeating 5 short beeps. Dave was kindly enough to spend 20 minutes to test it, and explain to me all details. It turned out that the JuiceBox didn’t have any problem at all. I drove back home and plugged it in again, it worked fine. Dave was very nice and reimbursed me entirely what I prepaid through Amazon. thumbsup 2 years ago Tracy Luna I emailed back and forth a few times and EV Doctor replied with different suggestions on how to fix my EV charger. He was very precise and would even attach photos so I would not be confused. I attempted each one and was able to fix it on my own. Thank you so much for replying to me and helping me, as I called the Bosch manufacturer and they told me I had to buy a new unit. Much appreciated!!grin 2 years ago Todd The EV Doctor is right on!
